Shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on weight and quantity of items ordered. Orders totaling $100 or more shipped within the United States ship free of charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable. All orders ship via Fed Ex. Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders upon request. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 11am Pacific Time Monday-Friday to receive guaranteed expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 11am Pacific Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday will ship the next business day. Please contact us at sales@theruralhound.com if you require expedited shipping for your order.
Orders are normally shipped from California within 48 business hours of order placement. Special order items ship within the time frame specified in the items description. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after placing an order.
Returns
Within 10 business days of placing your order you may return any incorrectly shipped or damged item in exchange for the same item(s) or a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 10 business days. All items must be in their original condition. Only defective, damaged or wrongly shipped items may be returned.
Zogoflex Toy Guarantee & Replacement
Have a dog that was able to damage a Zogoflex® Toy? Well, you must have one amazingly powerful chewer - the return rate is less than 1%. You may choose to recieve a free one-time replacement or refund - your choice! Please contact us so we may get you a refund or replacement toy. You will need to send the damaged toy and proof of purchase back to us. We will then forward the toy on to the manufacturer who will not only inspect the returned toy for weaknesses, but they will also recycle them!
Zogoflex toys can be replaced one time per product line, per customer. Is your dog the back up "jaws of life" for your local fire department? Was your pooch so strong that he was actually able to damage our toy and you already received our one-time free replacement, but you found a different toy made from our Zogoflex® material that you think may last longer due to its size and shape? Go ahead and give it a try. You may be pleasantly surprised, due to the different shapes and sizes of the toys, the manufacturer has had feedback that while a few dogs can damage one style of toy, they cannot actually damage another style. And if your dog is capable of damaging the new style of toy, go ahead and send it in and we'll offer a one-time replacement for this particular style of Zogoflex® toy. So to break it down, you can get one replacement Hurley®, one replacement Huck, one replacement Zisc®, one replacement Tux™, and one replacement Bûmi™.
